1. When sharing ANYTHING about joining your team, you should be sharing specifically the things that mean something to YOU.
2. Re-creating graphics and ideas to fit YOUR needs and passion is always best.
3. Sharing a personal video or going live on social media to give context is helpful.
4.  Don't just share all in a jumbling posting frenzy. Share thoughtfully, with a purpose and with a call to action!
5. Send specific graphics to specific people with a specific reason in mind.
6. Make it about THEM. It IS about them! WHY should they join Posh? WHAT is this opportunity going to mean for them and their family? HOW can you serve them in bringing this opportunity to them?
   

​To make it as clear as possible:  If it's not personal and specific, it's NOT helping you grow your business! People see through blanket messages and stock graphics.  Take some of the ideas above and create content to share with your market.

The most laughable thing people say to me is "I'm not like you, I can't do that"  It simply isn't true. The difference between anybody else and what I do is that I let my excitement be bigger than my fear and I just plain reach out to people while I am scared. 
Do I still get scared? Yes. But, after 7 years, I have learned that the reward for really working my business is a BIG deal and provides unlimited opportunity and fulfillment to boot.
