Perfectly Posh New Pay Plan

A few key points:

Personal volume counts towards team volume until premier
- That means you can hit PP3 just by selling $3,000
Your "qualifying legs" for leader ranks can come from anywhere in your 7 levels as long as they are in different legs (watch premier video below for more explanation on that)
Monthly and annual awards are available to everyone (even on top of pool silver +)
Pink + with ANY team members can promote quickly based on just sales
Leader requirements will be in place premier+ so you should always have access to a working leader.

The more time I spend looking at this pay plan, the more I like it. It gives wins to lower levels & a reason to build big, stay long and get PAID! No pay plan is ever going to be perfect for everyone, but this has a LOT for everyone. I can't wait to work it and promote again! New goals are always good.
